All three run on the same credits — they differ in monthly grant and what they unlock. Plus grants 1,500 credits/month and opens Mang Pai readings, full compatibility reports, and PDF export. Pro grants 4,000 and adds three-school combined readings plus Natal and Luck Pillar Reports. Ultra grants 10,000, prices combined readings at the same 10 credits as a normal round, and adds priority generation. Higher tiers include everything below them.
No. Overseas subscriptions are prorated by Creem for the remaining cycle, and your monthly credit grant is topped up to the new tier immediately. A domestic 30-day pass carries its remaining days over to the new period. Upgrades never create parallel subscriptions.
In credits: a Natal Report costs 200 credits and a Luck Pillar Report costs 150, drawn from your monthly grant, which resets at month end. Purchased credits never expire. Plans bought under the old pricing keep their original 5-reports / 2-compatibility entitlements until the end of the paid period, then move to credits automatically on renewal.
Yes, anytime. Overseas subscribers can open the Creem customer portal from Account › Subscription to cancel or manage payment methods. Domestic plans are one-time 30-day passes — they never auto-renew and simply run out. To request a refund, contact support; your current period stays active until it ends.
Alipay is supported — checkout is handled by Creem and offers Alipay automatically. Each purchase covers 30 days and never renews automatically; come back to the pricing page to extend it.
Buy a credit pack — 500, 1,500, or 5,000 credits, one-time and never expiring. Packs cost slightly more per credit than the cheapest subscription by design; if you use FateRead heavily, upgrading is the better deal.
Free gets 100 credits every calendar month; they reset at month end with no rollover. A question round costs 10 credits — roughly 10 rounds. Chart casting stays free forever. When you run out, subscribe to Plus or buy a credit pack.
